When we talk about transportation, we often focus on systems. Roads, buses, bike lanes. But the real question is how people actually move day to day, and what happens when those options don’t line up with real life. Transportation is one of the simplest ways to make healthcare more equitable, and it is one of the most overlooked. When the ride is reliable, everything connected to it gets stronger. With reliable transportation, people are more likely to stay healthy, miss fewer days of work, and have a real chance at stability. This isn't hypothetical, it's happening every day in our community.
