Ascension St. John Health Equity Grant Announcement

We’re proud to announce that Modus is supported with funding from Ascension St. John through an Ascension St. John Health Equity Grant.

This support is part of the Ascension St. John Health Equity Initiative, which works alongside community partners to improve health and well-being in Tulsa by addressing healthcare access and the social and environmental drivers that shape health outcomes.

Access to healthcare starts with the ability to get there. For too many people, a missed ride means a missed appointment, delayed care, or unmanaged chronic conditions. This funding allows Modus to remove transportation barriers that keep individuals from reaching medical services, preventive care, and the resources that support long-term health.

By improving reliable access to care, this investment helps advance health equity and ensures more neighbors can get the care they need, when they need it.
