Modus Welcomes Justice Jones, MPA

Modus is excited to welcome Justice Jones as our first Director of Operations. As we’ve grown, one thing has become clear. The work on the road only works if the systems behind it are strong. Reliability does not happen by accident. It is built with intention and focus. Justice brings that mindset to this role. Through her work in the nonprofit sector, she has seen firsthand how transportation shapes what is possible for the people being served across Tulsa. 

“Throughout my career, access to transportation has been a consistent barrier for the individuals and families I have served across Tulsa. Access to transportation is often the determining factor for whether or not someone can get to the doctor, what employment opportunities are available to them, and how people stay connected to their communities. I am excited to contribute to the mission of Modus and continue supporting the agencies and organizations serving our neighbors.”

We’re also proud to celebrate Justice as a 2026 YWCA Pinnacle Award Rising Star honoree. This recognition reflects the leadership she brings to this work and to the broader community. Her systems level perspective comes at the right time as Modus has doubled its fleet, deepened partnerships, and is serving more young people across Tulsa than ever before. That kind of growth requires systems that can keep up without losing consistency. We know Justice is the person for the job and we’re grateful to have her on the Modus team.
